About MOVE Your Soul

  • Embody your yoga poses and movement with sequences designed to invoke your senses.

  • Ignite your fire within with core movements.

  • Explore your edges of discomfort as you move through your body’s ranges of motion and push to the edge.

A guided moving meditation allowing you to explore your whole being physically, mentally and spiritually inspired functional exercises that encourage growth, focus, stability and strength.

The class is poetic using art, music, poetry, affirmations and mantra to excite the senses allowing you to deepen your own emotions in a safe environment. Emotions are energy in motion and this is the class to feel all of You, body mind and soul

Using a variety of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowls, and more, each class offers a unique sonic landscape to explore.

“I am Ashley Halley, a health and fitness coach specializing in empowerment and strength of the body, mind and soul.  I am a 500 E-RYT yoga teacher, NASM certified personal trainers and NASM Weight loss Specialist.  I am always continuing my education to further assist you as we move along together in life.  My mantra is ‘embrace who you are, explore your potential, and evolve into the master of your best self.’

The movement I teach is all encompassing, holistic and creative in order to cultivate your best experience.  MOVE Your Soul is a class I have been working on for most of my life; I have spent the last 30 years devoted to movement (i.e., dance, sports and athletic training, climbing, body surfing, boxing, functional movement, kettle bells, TRX, and yoga). I use stability, focus and power moves to train your body in all exercise platforms. In this 75 minute class, you will do yoga stretching, body weight training, cardio bursts, and sculpting to build stronger and leaner bodies. 

Take your body and mind on a ride using intense physical exertion, mantra, and heart-pumping music.”
