Mission

My mission is to help you MOVE and experience life in a way that is deeply fulfilling and authentically you. Through the practices we engage in together, you will find yourself more connected to your body, more in tune with your emotions, and more aligned with your true self. This is a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and liberation—a journey that leads you back to the vibrant and free-spirited person you were always meant to be! 

As a Life Stylist Coach, my mission is to guide you on a transformative journey where physical wellness and spiritual alignment converge to unlock your true potential. 

I believe that true wellness begins with embodiment—getting out of your head and back into your body. In a world that often disconnects us from our physical selves, I offer a space where you can ground yourself in the present moment, feel the rhythm of life pulsing through your veins, and rediscover the power that lies in every movement. Through the integration of physical practices such as yoga, dance, and martial arts, I guide you to a place where your body becomes your greatest ally, a vessel through which you can experience vitality, strength, and inner peace.

To facilitate this reconnection, I incorporate Trance, Tribal, and Ecstatic practices—ancient and powerful methods that tap into the primal energy within you. These practices are designed to bypass the mind and awaken what is waiting to be unleashed inside of you. Whether through the meditative flow of yoga, the expressive freedom of dance, or the focused intensity of martial arts, these practices help you access deeper layers of consciousness, inviting you to experience life from a place of pure being.

This journey is not about fixing what is broken or revisiting old wounds; it is about embracing the present and moving forward with intention and purpose. I encourage you to step into the sacred space of your own body, where you can explore your sensuality, harness your strength, and cultivate a profound connection to your inner self. Education

Ashley Halley holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida State University (1992-1996), where she developed a deep understanding of personality disorders, human behavior, habits, and wellness. Ashley’s academic journey not only provided intellectual growth but also nurtured her spiritual awakening, guiding her towards a path of holistic well-being and personal transformation. After serving and studying with world renowned yoga teachers, Shiva Rea and Micheline Berry, from 2007-2012, Ashley has combined methods of movement, psychology, philosophy and music to transform individuals and groups for 1000's of people each year––ultimately launching Ashley’s first wellness method and service, MOVE. This concept soon became one of the wellness industries most trusted platforms, alongside Gaia and MindValley.

From yoga instructor, to cosmetology, to functional movement and nutrition coach, Ashley has spent the last 25 years studying and teaching mindfulness, transformation for personal growth and overall development of a new set of life skills. 

Travel

However, travel has also become a far more profound influence on Ashley’s spiritual journey, allowing her to connect with the sacred energy of diverse cultures and landscapes. She’s been blessed to visit several countries such as India, Nepal, Thailand and Bali immersing herself in the spiritual practices of different regions, training and meditating. These experiences have enriched her soul and deepened her commitment to helping others find their spiritual path.

By integrating methods such as chakra balancing to facilitate the flow of vital energy, supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony. Crystal healing is also employed to amplify and direct healing energies, using the unique properties of crystals to enhance the healing process and align clients with their highest potential. 

    Accountability is a key component of Ashley’s methodology. Clients are pushed to take responsibility for their own consciousness and practice the tools and techniques learned in sessions consistently. By fostering a sense of personal accountability, Ashley ensures that clients remain engaged in their journey of self-improvement, maintaining their commitment to growth and change.   • Ashley uses a holistic approach to movement and physical wellness practices such as yoga, dance, and mindful movement to strengthen the body, enhance vitality, and deepen the mind-body-spirit connection. She sees the body as a vehicle to awaken the senses, to spark or slow the mind down and heal the whole self. Each session is designed to engage and strengthen the entire body, targeting all 29 major muscle groups and is crafted to efficiently burn fat, build muscle, and tone the body within a structured timeframe. 

    Through this method, there is a continuous emphasis on the mind-body connection. Each session reinforces this connection, creating patterns in the body that facilitate learning, remembering, and perfecting movement. By consistently engaging with this connection, clients enhance their ability to perform movements with precision and awareness, leading to more effective and mindful practice. Clients are guided on maintaining proper form and quality throughout the entire workout. Ashley teaches the principles of correct alignment and technique, ensuring that every movement contributes to overall physical improvement.
