MOVE Your Soul classes are an energetic blend of high intensity body weight training and yoga infused sequences. The energy is inspired by special curtailed playlist created each week. Giving you the best of both worlds in 75 min. The end of class is devoted to stretching and meditation leaving you restored.
Inspired by affirmations, mantras, music, and dance. Be prepared to sweat, build strength, flexibility and stability while engaging in the fluid power of your body.

CLASSES

I am Ashley Halley, a health and fitness coach specializing in empowerment and strength of the body, mind and soul.  I am a 500 E-RYT yoga teacher, NASM certified personal trainers and NASM Weight loss Specialist.  I am always continuing my education to further assist you as we move along together in life.  My mantra is “embrace who you are, explore your potential, and evolve into the master of your best self.”

  • Sound Bath Movement

    Find your divine feminine, your inner creature, your passionate creator with Sound Bowl Practitioner & Intuitive Medium, Teresa Williams, and Movement Expert, Ashley Halley in a restorative experience! This 90 minute session will include yoga, breath, improvisation of movement and music accompanied by sound bowls and singing.
